The course presents competing theoretical perspectives; (neo) realism, (neo) liberalism, pluralism, and constructivim; and provides a thorough analysis of the theoretical debates in IR.  This course intends to furnish students with basic skills and tools of international relations theory, therefore it is a foundation course for further study in international relations.
