VAVCD student drawing exhibition from VA 204 and VA 324

Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design Department's students, in their term exhibition of the courses VA 204 'Language of Drawing II' and VA324 Advanced Drawing' are blending the modern methods with the traditional technics. In VA 204 course, students are asked to transfer their dreams onto the papers and the live models in the studio are becoming the heros of these dreams. The very first step into the world of colors, with the usage of different materials, are giving dreams life.

  VA 324 course, with the experimental pratice, students are asked to use different mediums. By using the traditionals techics, these young artists preapare the canvas. Afterwards photography, patterns and photoshop creates process of the transferring the idea 'the painting' to the canvas.

 In the end of these courses, students improve their skills by drawing from memory and imagination. They become able to transport the project into large scale drawing, the time table how to realize the composition step by step from all over shapes to details and how to render human body in front of still life element -Soft and hard edges of the forms, shinning and velvet textures of the surfaces-. Finally they reach the level of entry talent exam of the most fine art academies and attend the  fine art academies in Sokrates exchange programs.
