Faculty Position in Cultural Studies
The Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Sabancı University invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Cultural Studies. Rank of appointment is open. Candidates must hold a PhD or be very near to completion in any of the following (or related) fields: Anthropology, Sociology, Cultural Studies or Gender Studies. Areas of specialization are open, but those with expertise in gender studies, migration, law and society, and science and technology studies will be given particular attention.
The successful candidate should have an excellent publication record and demonstrate the ability to teach in an English language academic environment, speak across disciplinary boundaries and have innovative research agendas that will inform the future of the field.
