About National Central University
National Central University, NCU, is located in Jhongli, Taoyuan, Taiwan and it has become a home to more than 12,000 students. Currently NCU has 8 colleges, 22 undergraduate programs and 50 graduate programs. NCU is also one of the members of the University System of Taiwan (UST), sharing resources with National Tsing Hua University, National Chiao Tung University, and National Yang Ming University. NCU has been selected twice in “The Aim for the Top University Project”, receiving grants from the Ministry of Education. The University has consistently been evaluated as “Excellent”. We are ranked as No. 3 in Taiwan by Google Scholar Citations (267 in World), No. 4 in Taiwan in 2015 U.S. News & World Report (427 in Best Global Universities Rankings) and ranked 351-400 in QS World University Rankings.
