Kurumlar,İktisadi Uyum & Gelişme konulu konferans,17-19 Haziran 2005

Sabancı Üniversitesi, CEPR (Centre for Economic Policy Research) "kurumsal ve ekonomik performans" programı ve BREAD (Harvard Üniversitesi, Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development) girişimiyle, İstanbul'da 17-19 Haziran 2005 tarihleri arasında "Kurumlar, İktisadi Uyum ve Gelişme" konulu uluslararası bir konferans düzenlenecektir. Konferans etkinlikleri 17 ve 19 Haziran günleri İstanbul Marmara Pera Otelinde, 18 Haziran günü ise Sabancı Üniversitesi Tuzla kampüsünde gerçekleştirilecektir. 
    CEPR daha önce de William Davidson Enstitüsü işbirliğinde, "uyum süreci yaşayan ekonomiler" konusunda senelik uluslararası konferanslar düzenlemiştir. Bu dizinin onuncusu olacak olan bu konferans,  CEPR'nin "Kurumsal ve ekonomik performans" konusunda yeni araştırma yönelimini yansıtmakta ve önde gelen araştırmacıların çalışmalarını sunup tartıştıkları bir ortam yaratmayı amaçlamaktadır. Konferans kapsamında T.C. Merkez Bankası Başkanı Sayın Süreyya Serdengeçti, TOBB Başkanı Sayın Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu ve Prof. Dr. Refik Erzan'ın katılımyla, Türkiye'nin kriz sonrası mikroekonomik, makroekonomik ve kurumsal gelişme ve uyum süreçlerinin tartışılacağı bir panel de düzenlenecektir.
