Success of Senior Cultural Studies Student Hayal Akarsu

Senior Cultural Studies student, Hayal Akarsu has been invited to the conference “Europe and the Mediterranean: Inclusion and Diversity” which will be held in Vienna, at the Diplomatic Academy on June 28 2006 and is organized by the Austrian Institute for International Affairs on behalf of the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the occasion of the Austrian Presidency of the European Union.

 

 

She is requested to present in Session I“The East and the West: The Role of Perceptions in Euro-Mediterranean Relations” in the context of the following topic: “Religion, culture and identity”. Her travel and accommodation expenses are provided by organizers. Papers from the conference will be published as a book. You can find the conference program below.
