Dicle Koğacıoğlu Article Award 2012

The Dicle Koğacıoğlu Article Award is established by Sabancı University Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Gender and Women's Studies Forum in memory of Dicle Koğacıoğlu.

The aim of this award is to support and motivate young researchers and their research on Turkish society and Turkish culture with gender focus. The Award is open to all social sciences graduate students and to all social sciences M.A students who have graduated within the last two years.

Only Turkish submissions will be accepted.

‘Dicle Koğacıoğlu Makale Ödülü’ Conditions:

Only Turkish submissions will be accepted.
The article should be on gender and gender issues in Turkey.
The first award is 3000 TL, the second award is 1500 TL and the third award is 1000 TL.
The awards will be presented at a student conference.
An inter-university jury will be formed and jury members will evaluate the articles anonymously.
A resume, an abstract (500) words, the contact information and the article (max 6000 words), all word document, should be included within the application.
