A new course from FASS: ANTH 326/526 Anthropology of the Body

New course taught in partnership with University of Michigan

ANTH 526, Anthropology of the Body, will be  taught in partnership with University ıf Michigan, Ann Harbor, USA and Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan. Thee course is  designed so as to stand both independently, and --through mutual readings, skype sessions and a student blog--  to participate in the joined effort to bring together students and faculty from Turkey, Japan and the United States to discuss themes related to gender, sexuality and violence as they concern the body.
