The Ministry of Culture of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is offering 3 scholarships for 2015-2016 academic years. The scholarship is intended for a two-year master’s program. Under this scholarship, Luxembourg is offering 650€ per month, free lodging in a student residence and free tuition.
