POLS PhD student Aybars Görgülü's TESEV report has been published

Our PhD student at Political Science Department Aybars Görgülü has contributed as author to the publication of the report named “Turkey-Armenia Dialogue Series: Breaking the Vicious Circle" The report has been published from TESEV publications and it analyzes the recent rapprochement process between Turkey and Armenia by touching upon the latest regional developments and offers some recommendations to both sides.
