Participants: Students and faculty members from Hertie School of Governance and Sabancı University and activists.
The panel will focus on the recent developments in Turkish politics and social movements in Turkey with a specific emphasis on the Gezi process and its aftermath. The panel is organized in collaboration with the Hertie School of Governance, Berlin with the participation of Hertie students and faculty, as well as politicians and journalists. It will be undertaken simultaneously in Berlin and Istanbul, two venues will be linked via video conference.
