Türkiye and Europe in a Changing World: Turkish Republic Centennial 

Sabancı University as part of the 'Europe in a Changing World’ project of the Dahrendorf Programme at the European Studies Centre, University of Oxford is hosting a conference on October 13, 2023. Our PhD students from Political Science program have been part of the Dahrendorf network (2021-2023) that also includes Ashoka University, Delhi; European University Institute (EUI), Florence; Higher School of Economics (HSE), Moscow; Institute for Human Sciences (IWM), Vienna; Peking University (PKU), Beijing; and Stanford University, United States. Attending online seminars and presenting papers as of the Europe in a Changing World project, our PhD students have explored the mutual perceptions and relations of key countries China, India, Turkey, Russia, and the United States - with Europe.

Organized together with the Istanbul Policy Center, the conference entitled "Türkiye and Europe in a Changing World" will feature speakers that will reflect on political developments in Türkiye and Europe in a changing world.
