Lecture on Feminism and Republicanism, Zeynep Gülru Göker

On April 18, Assoc. Prof. Zeynep Gülru Göker (Sabancı University) delivered a lecture at the Sakıp Sabancı Center for Turkish Studies, titled: “A Feminist Rethinking of Republicanism at the Start of the Second Centenary of the Republic of Turkey.”

In her talk, Göker offered a compelling feminist perspective on republicanism in contemporary Turkey, marking a critical reflection point as the Republic enters its second century.
