POLS Ph.D. student Zeynep Ulker Kaslı's article will be published

POLS Ph.D. student Zeynep Ulker Kaslı's article, co-authored with
faculty member Ayse Parla and entitled "Broken lines of Il/Legality and
the Reproduction of State Sovereignty: The Impact of Visa Policies on
Turkish Immigrants from Bulgaria" will be published in 2009 by the
journal Alternatives:  Global, Local, Political (SSCI). The article is
based on research from a TUBITAK project in which Zeynep Kaslı
participated as research assistant.
