Lives and Works in Istanbul Carried out by Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency’s Visual Arts Directorate, this project has so far invited 6 prominent persons of their domains: Remo Salvadori (Italya), Sophie Calle (France), Victor Burgin (UK), Peter Kogler (Austria), Danae Stratou (Greece), Antoni Muntadas (Spain-USA) to Istanbul for making artistic productions and holding workshops. Works produced within the project will be exhibited at Sanat Limani after an opening to be hosted by Şekib Avdagiç the Chairman of Executive Board of Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Agency on Friday, October 1st at 19:00 with participation of the artists as well.Works produced by 48 Turkish artists who joined the project "Lives and Works" will be exhibited at Sanat Limani on 1-31 October.
