Leyla Neyzi's talk at Northwestern University
FASS Faculty Member Dr Leyla Neyzi is on leave from Sabancı University during Fall 2017. Neyzi has been invited as 2017 Visiting Professor at the Keyman Modern Turkish Studies Program at Northwestern University. At Northwestern, Neyzi is based in the Anthropology department, where she is teaching an upper level undergraduate course also attended by graduate students, ANTH 390: Learning to Listen: An Introduction to Oral History. Leyla Neyzi will be giving a talk at MENA Monday at Northwestern University (Middle East and North Africa Program Lecture Series) on November 6 titled “‘Trauma’ and ‘Victimization’ in Life Narratives of Kurdish Youth in Turkey.”
