Roundtable on Gender, State and Violence

Scholars from a wide range of disciplines including international
relations, political science, sociology, anthropology, and comparative
literature will discuss their own research and the recent scholarship in their
fields on the intricate relationships between gender, state and violence.

The participants include Annedith Schneider, Ayşe Kadıoğlu, Ayşe Parla,
Ayşe Yüksel, Ayşe Gül Altınay, Betül Çelik, Dicle Koğacıoğlu, Hülya Adak, Nimet
Beriker and Pınar Bilgin (Bilkent University). 

The language of the roundtable will be English.
