Monitoring all tasks related to FASS building, classroom & room reservations; archiving (course documents, etc.), giving support to IRF (KAF) payments, final exams scheduling, assisting graduate admissions exam & interview scheduling, organizing the Dean’s calendar.
Legally compulsory training, inspection, drills, etc. on Occupational Health and Safety. To support the Department Manager in ensuring intra-department coordination in organizations, to support the activities determined within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements, to ensure the implementation of these activities in the unit they are in, and to raise awareness of the people in their unit on these issues.
